What counts as a message?

Each successful outbound WhatsApp send from your workspace (automated flows, scheduled follow-ups, and agent replies in the inbox) uses one message from your monthly allowance. Inbound customer messages are free.

Meta WhatsApp fees are separate

You connect your own WhatsApp Business Cloud API. Meta bills conversation charges directly to your business — our plans cover the WhatBots.io platform and automation volume only.
