What counts as a trigger?

A trigger is counted when a flow starts or restarts for a contact — first message, keyword match, or manual re-entry after the flow ended. Messages sent inside an already-running flow do not use extra triggers. Incoming messages are unlimited on every plan. Outgoing message estimates use triggers × 10 steps (average) per month — actual volume depends on your flow length.

Meta WhatsApp fees are separate

Connect WhatsApp via our embedded Connect with Meta signup (Tech Provider). Meta bills conversation charges to your business — our plans cover the WhatBots.io platform and trigger volume only.
