WhatBots.io is a software service that helps businesses use the WhatsApp Cloud API (Meta WhatsApp Business Platform) for automation, conversation flows, team inboxes, and scheduled messaging. Customers connect their own Meta app and WhatsApp Business Account; WhatBots.io provides the dashboard and tooling on top.

• Team inbox and conversation history for operators.
• Webhook integration with Meta’s Cloud API for sending and receiving messages.
• Workspace-based access for admins and team members.

Who we serve

We serve businesses and their authorized staff who operate WhatsApp for customer communication. We are a technology provider layer; end users who message a business on WhatsApp should contact that business for questions about their chat data, unless they are requesting deletion of their WhatBots.io account data as described on our Data deletion page.
